This just brings back so many memories of myself crashing and stuff. it was really hard to watch. i was in trampoline and tumbling, and similar sport. i saw a guy fall off the trampoline executing a triffis (triple front with a half twist) and fell off at nationals. im surprised he was even a bit ok from that height. koodos to anyone who does this kind of sport, only you really know the time, effort, and danger of it

Oh gosh, I really admire these young ladies. I cannot even do a cartwheel so what can I say? I remember Dominic Moceanu cracking her head on the balance beam in the 90s and she recovered and kept on going. It blew my mind!!!
